Apply for Provisional Degree Certificate (Only for Session 2015 to 2019)

Fee: Rs 150/- through payment gateway

1. The Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) is a computer generated document and is valid for six months.
2. Self generated PDCs are issued for all courses except Medical and Para Medical courses and B.Ped (2014-15) Annual listed as below:

   701	BAMS
   761	B.H.M.S.
   777	B.D.S
   780	PG. DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL BRANCHES
   801	M.B.B.S. FINAL PROFESSIONAL
   --	B.Ped (2014-15) Annual

3. Applicants of Medical and Para Medical courses shall apply for PDC from "Online Services for Students" Portal available on the university website.
